Pricing questions answered

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. The Solo plan is $0 forever, not a trial, not a time-limited offer. You get every feature with no expiry. The only limits are 1 company, 1 user, and 500 MB storage.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. Sign up with just your email. No credit card required, ever, on the free plan.

What happens if I exceed my storage limit?

We'll notify you before you hit the limit. No surprise charges or automatic upgrades. You choose what to do. You can upgrade your plan or free up space by removing old attachments.

What counts toward the user limit?

Any team member with a login to your company counts as one user. The company owner is always included and doesn't count against your user limit.

Can I use Nastrum Books for multiple businesses?

Yes. The Studio plan supports 3 companies and the Firm plan supports unlimited companies, all under one login. Switch between businesses instantly with no re-authentication.

What's the difference between Studio and Firm?

Studio is for business owners managing up to 3 companies with small teams (5 users each). Firm is for accounting practices with unlimited client companies and larger teams (10 users each).

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us at hello@nastrumbooks.com for a full refund.
